Her name, Ella, is actually derived from Eleanor, which comes from Helena, who was the Queen mother of the Emperor Constantine. So much for her being a princess. I have been supplanted! But anyway,

Dude! With this being your first teeny baby during Mardi Gras, I was expecting her to get all wrapped up in the Mardi Gras festivities (no pun intended)... I was just hoping the sleep deprivation wasn't so bad that she ended up in the King Cake! :)
