Too Many Cones

Yesterday (March 16) was free cone day at Dairy Queen. We also happened to be coming home from Huntsville. We stopped at every DQ we passed except for the one in Bastrop which we didn't see and was on the wrong side of the highway. Here are some pictures of Evan, who was by far the most excited, at each and every Dairy Queen.
Stop number one, Huntsville!!
Navasota was probably the worst ice cream but sadly it was the only full cone Mom had.
Number three was Brenham.

Last but not least, Giddings.
Two other DQs we could we could have stopped at but decided against were as I said, Bastrop, and Lockhart (Evan could have had one more in San Marcos but it was very crowded so they passed).

My Little Star

Twinkle Twinke from C Schuelke on Vimeo.

Xavier performed at his second recital since starting cello lessons.  This time all the students were accompanied by Miss Heidi on keyboard.  He did great, was the best dressed student, and we are so proud of him.

Xavier is very excited to be moving on to learning his second song, French Folk Song.

Xavier - Baseball - 2014

X
Xavier's Coach Pitch team had a tie Thursday night and today.  In both games, Xavier was the lead-off batter.  There were "exhibition" games, which don't count against the season record, last Saturday.  Xavier was very excited that on Thursday "the scoreboard was turned on".
